Stephanie applies over 20 years of experience in the conservation and non-profit world to her work advising organizations in strategic planning and management. She enjoys helping organizations define and meet their goals by identifying and recommending creative approaches and solutions. She has extensive experience designing and managing complex, multi-partner initiatives, including an award-winning partnership to protect natural areas in the Washington, DC region. In nearly two decades with The Nature Conservancy, Stephanie served as a planner and project director, securing millions of dollars to create and implement priority projects and programs. Before this, she served as a long-term consultant with The World Bank. Stephanie also has extensive experience in raising public awareness through communications, media relations, and live events. She most recently served as Executive Director of the Environmental Film Festival in the Nation’s Capital, the largest and longest running convening of its type. Stephanie earned a master’s degree from Yale’s School of Forestry and Environmental Studies after graduating Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude from Princeton with a degree in biology and a certificate in environmental and health policy from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Policy.
