Philippe has 25 years of professional experience, both in the corporate world and the social sector, in the US and internationally. His consulting practice focuses on Social Impact, i.e. enabling individuals, teams, and organizations to maximize their social value; and on Impact investing, i.e. working with investors, social enterprises, corporations, and funders on hybrid business models that generate significant social and environmental impact. Philippe is also an Executive Coach. At Harvard Business School he works with MBA students and the Alumni community and also coaches Executive Education program participants. In the corporate world, Philippe was a strategy consultant at Braxton Associates in London and Paris. He then led business units for multinational company SGS in Senegal, Haiti and Chile. Within the social sector, he held various management positions for The Nature Conservancy, working on the organization’s scaling strategy and its expansion into Africa and opening doors with European aid agencies. At City Year, as the Director of International Operations, he was instrumental in launching the first international program in South Africa. Philippe holds a Master’s degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), one of France’s top business schools, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
