Our Team

The seasoned professionals at B&W bring a wealth of experience as practitioners, board members, and consultants to our engagements. With only senior consultants in our network, B&W assembles project teams designed to meet the specific needs of the client. This team then stays with the project to the end — there is no bait-and-switch with B&W.

All B&W consultants are highly experienced, with the credibility and knowledge to ask hard questions, identify key issues, and drive a process or project to a successful conclusion. Former practitioners, everyone in the B&W network has served in leadership positions in large nonprofit organizations and have had to manage programs, deal with members, raise money, and hold employees accountable. All have served on nonprofit boards and understand nonprofit governance from that side of the fence. Experienced consultants and facilitators, they are adept at engaging with organizations where they are, and not in some ideal future state. As appropriate, we draw from our specific expertise in such areas as finance, strategic communications, talent development, and leadership coaching to augment our project teams.
