EXECUTION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Many clients struggle with what we call “the execution gap.” Having articulated a vision and a strategic plan they must then turn to implementing their programs. Beyond the annual budget, there is no measurable expression of the time and dollar resources required to achieve the vision and execute the strategy.
